We understand shipping your customer device in the mail can be stressful. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality repair and send your item back to you as soon as possible.

If you send a incomplete device we make the repair, take a video with your device working, after that, you don't have any more warranty, because if we don't close the device, we can't offer warranty, because in some case after the customer receives the device and try to assemble, they can damage again the same or another part of the device, and that is not covered for our repairs service!!
We can fix your device, but a repairable devices, we can't fix, CPU Problems or Big short circuit or motherboard with physical damage, Water Damage, any micro soldering repairs done in the past we won't touch, we try our best but some devices are really impossible to repair!!***
We are only going to fix what is covered by the one repair service with a Value at the time of the order. Once completed, we will check everything that we can depending on the device sent, if your device has another problem not covered by the purchased repair, we will contact you through text, or call to explain, and provide an estimate if we have the solution for the defect.
***IF YOU SEND THE CORRECT DEVICE, FOR THE CORRECT REPAIR AND WE CAN’T FIX, WE WILL PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST AND THE MONEY YOU PAY TO SEND US THE ITEM.
***IF YOU SEND THE WRONG REPAIR, YOU PAY THE DIFFERENCE OR YOU PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING.
***IF YOU SEND A DEVICE FOR WRONG REPAIRS AND WE CAN’T FIX, YOU PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING.
1. We not self-taught or a "YouTube graduate", We have a Store Repair Shop, and certificated technicians.
2. We provide 30-day warranty on all repairs.
3. We ship all the repairs in USPS Priority or First Class so you can be sure that your Electronic Equipment will be safely packaged and shipped back to you. Don't worry.
4. Our phone number is listed so we are a call away, Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We are closed in Holidays.
1. Purchase the repair.
2. Pack and safely ship with the order confirmation sheet, you name and phone number, (This ensures our fastest turnaround)
3. Once received we will test and perform the repair in about 1 business day.
4. We pay for USPS Priority or First-Class Shipping with tracking Number. Shipping is the next business day once received. We call you, if should there be some a delay.

We do not cover shipping and packaging to us. We do however pay for return shipping which is sent back to you USPS Priority Mail (1-3) days or First class in the cheap repairs. Please make sure to package your item with care and request delivery signature.
We offer a 30-day warranty against defects not including physical or liquid damage. All repairs have warranty stickers placed on the inside, if these are removed the warranty is void.
