**Terms and Conditions**
Be aware of the following:
When You order from us a product:
§ Change Address: Orders are being processed after receive the payment, we are open Monday to Saturday. 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, We are closed in holidays If you request to change your address, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address that you provided in your eBay/PayPal Record.
§ Cancelled Transactions: We can cancel transactions, just let us know so we can process it immediately. We might provide an RMA number or further instructions if in case the item was already shipped.
§ Received Wrong Item / Not as Described: We're humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them, in a way that the buyer prefers. If the item received was wrong or not the same as shown in the product listing, we will require you to send actual photo/s of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be certain and for record purposes.
§ DOA / Damaged on Arrival: We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused during shipping, please provide us photos of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.
§ Defective / Incompatible: We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We might require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item so we can compare and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide an RMA Number if needed.
When You order from us a Repairs Service:
§ Mail-in repairs should include only the device, the ticket number registered when generating a repair ticket, the eBay or PayPal confirmations receive and/or a password in order to test the device when necessary. Guerra's Enterprises INC will not be held accountable for any misplaced, lost, broken, damaged, or otherwise altered items sent with the device; these may include, but are not limited to: chargers, cables, cases, SIM cards, SD cards, credit cards, ID's, or other peripherals unrelated to the repair.
§ Guerra's Enterprises INC is not responsible for the information, in some cases the device has to be restored which causes the total loss of information, the client is responsible for making a backup of all his information before sending his device to repair.
§ Device(s) not as described---including if a repair is labeled incorrectly or the damage is in-congruent with the description provided---may be charged a processing fee.
§ We will not be held responsible for any prior damage a device may have if it has been previously worked on, repaired, or is a refurbished device from Apple, Asurion, or another third-party vendor. Please note, that refurbished devices may have other issues which were not apparent at the time the device was shipped to Guerra's Enterprises INC.
§ In the event that a defect arises with the repair within the warranty period, the device must be shipped back to Guerra's Enterprises INC for evaluation and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Guerra's Enterprises INC will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt; if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired at no charge. The warranty offered by Guerra's Enterprises INC does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Guerra's Enterprises INC, or unauthorized modifications.
§ WARRANTY IS VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of corrosion, heat, moisture, vibration, improper specification, misapplication, misuse, abuse or other operating conditions outside of Guerra's Enterprises INC control.
§ Devices sent for repair without the corresponding password cannot and will not be tested prior to shipping; it is the duty of the customer to provide any/all means of accessing a device if they expect the device to be tested prior to return shipping. If the required material for testing was not included for the initial repair and there is a complication after the repair is completed---assuming that the issue(s) is covered by our warranty and falls within the thirty (30) day warranty period---the customer will be solely responsible for shipping, both to our shop as well as the return shipping. Under the circumstances that a device is unable to be tested completely by a Guerra's Enterprises INC Representative, Guerra's Enterprises INC will not be held liable for any functions that do not operate after having been repaired.
§ We reserve the right to charge a diagnostic fee for the time spent with the device and/or return shipping costs; this holds for cases where the repair cannot be completed.
§ Any unclaimed items left in excess of thirty (30) days will be become the property of Guerra's Enterprises INC, unless previous arrangements have been made to pay for or pick up the device(s). In order to recoup the costs associated with performing the repair, housing a device in excess of thirty (30) days, and/or stocking parts required for the repair, the device(s) may be parted out; this intrinsically means that after thirty (30) days without prior arrangement for pick-up the device may no longer be retrievable in an capacity, by the customer or Guerra's Enterprises INC.
§ We reserve the right to turn away repairs at will, for any reason, and under any circumstance.
§ Guerra's Enterprises INC will not be held responsible for the safety, or preservation of customer data on device under any circumstance. Exceptions to this rule may be made for the case of devices sent in for data recovery service(s).
§ Customers or any person(s) associated with the customer who exhibit aggression, disrespect, or malcontent towards Guerra's Enterprises INC staff, employees, property, and/or patrons may be asked to leave our physical location(s), refused service---either online or physical---and in extreme cases customers may be permanently banned from future service requests.
§ All customer interactions are recorded, including: phone calls, physical interactions on location, emails, and ticket exchanges. Guerra's Enterprises INC reserves the right to share these interactions with local law enforcement if the safety of Guerra's Enterprises INC staff, employees, property, or other patrons is jeopardized; risks are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are therefore subject to interpretation by staff to ensure a safe, productive environment.
§ In repairssometimes, the equipment has much more serious problems, that when our technicians make a simple or complicated repair, this equipment are of, they do not more turn on, due to that its first fault was originated by a more defective defect of the device, Guerra's Enterprises INC Is not responsible for the equipment in such cases
For any devices or products sent to, or received from, Guerra's Enterprises INC that are damaged, lost, or stolen by carrier in transit to Customer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the carrier, not to Guerra's Enterprises INC. Guerra's Enterprises INC is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to carrier's negligence or theft. Delivery times are estimates only and Guerra's Enterprises INC shall not be liable for transit delays.
